The transformation of Little Boots over the past year and a half has been remarkable. After Victoria Hesketh left her band Dead Disco, she took on the persona of Little Boots and began uploading bedroom webcam videos of her songs on YouTube. Then on May 26, 2008, Little Boots, the self-proclaimed geek, posted her infamous 'boots got a new toy' video where she introduced the Tenori-on, a square electronic sequencing device that she performed Stuck On Repeat with. Since then, Little Boots dyed her hair, got signed to a label, performed on TV, released an album in the UK, and started touring. In a matter of months, Little Boots, the electro superstar, was born.

The show at The Roxy was simply electric- selling out every show in the US so far. Playing most of the songs from her album Hands, fans danced and mouthed every lyric even though the album hasn't been released in the states yet. Personally, I don't think I've danced so much at a show this year!
