About a week back, Holly Miranda posted a cover by Peter Silberman, best known as the frontman of The Antlers, of her song "Waves" on her official site. The original is so lovely that one could quickly assume any other version to be inferior, but like all good covers, Silberman's take on the song maintains the core essence while still giving it a different, refreshing interpretation.
