It seems Sufjan Stevens has been getting a kick out of surprising (not to mention confusing) music bloggers everywhere. First last week, with the sudden, unanticipated announce of his new All Delighted People EP (which is available to stream here for free - plus, the download's only $5), and yesterday, the announce of a new LP to be released October 12th on Asthmatic Kitty.

It certainly does seem like this news is coming out of no where, but at least this means his recently announced fall tour makes a whole lot more sense than it previously did?
